A vehicle crashed into a power pole and temporarily closed a section of Southwest Farmington Road Tuesday night.
The three-vehicle crash occurred a bit before 6:30 p.m. near Southwest Heikes Drive, which is between River Road and Rood Bridge Road, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said.
The crash occurred as two vehicles were stopped and a third rear-ended the second vehicle, causing it to crash into the first.
The first vehicle was waiting to turn left into their driveway, the sheriff’s office said.
One of the vehicles involved in the collision then crashed into the utility pole, the sheriff’s office said.
Portland General Electric crews responded and worked to stabilize the pole. Deputies said the road could be closed until 9 p.m.
No one was hurt.
